Personalized Psychiatry

  • I will discuss the specific details of your health, wellness, and your goals for treatment to develop a tailored plan. I integrate laboratory testing and coordinate with your other specialists or primary care doctor if needed. When appropriate, my patients and I utilize GeneSight testing to help guide medication dosages and selections. I coordinate with an outside therapist if you have one to ensure a comprehensive treatment plan.

  • Current office hours are Tuesday 11-3pm, Wednesday 1-3pm, Thursday 11am-3pm, and limited Friday hours. Subject to change.

I do not provide on call or after hours emergency services.

For questions outside of an appointment time, the office will respond to questions in up to 5 business days. We do our best to get back as soon as possible and usually the turnaround time is prompt. All refill requests should be made in an appointment, but if there is a need outside of appointment, patients must contact the office directly and give 5 business days for the refill request to be evaluated.

  • I focus on evaluation and treatment for mood, anxiety and attention disorders. I provide prenatal, perinatal and postpartum counseling and care. I conduct full evaluations for problems surrounding attention, focus and organization for students, adults, parents, and professionals.

I work comfortably with patients who have medical conditions that have significant impact on their daily life, such as chronic pain, fibromyalgia, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS), autoimmune conditions, among others.

  • My patients are in high school, college, and adulthood.

  • Yes! I see people for pre-pregnancy/pregnancy counseling and management. Patients who are pregnant or postpartum can be scheduled to be seen quickly. I will coordinate care with your other providers - OB/GYN, midwife, etc., and pediatrician as necessary.

  • Health concerns are often time sensitive and benefit from prompt attention. I try to see all new patients within one month and can often schedule within two-three weeks. I keep extra availability each week for existing patients who have new, time-sensitive, or urgent concerns; or for those would simply like a sooner appointment.
